The CRM project completed stage 1 – foundation and alumni – at the end of April, and recently commenced the planning for stage 2 – current students.
In connection with the student strategy, workshops have been held with stakeholders over the past two weeks to validate and refine the student life cycle, identifying touchpoints with CRM and other systems.
Opportunities for improvement at the organisational level, process level and CRM systems level have been identified for analysis and consideration.
The project team will be working with KPMG and product owners over the next two weeks to establish a high level scope for current students, and to confirm the approach and timeline for the detailed discovery workshops (commencing in June). Detailed discovery (June – July) will result in an overarching roadmap for the implementation.
At this stage a major release for current students is planned for April 2020.
