CRM Future Students

  • by Tiffany Harris
  • Posted on March 15, 2021March 16, 2021

The rollout of Microsoft Dynamics as the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for the university continues. Development of this system will commence on the 16th of March for staff within;

  • Division of Future Students
  • Strategy Office
  • Office of Research and Graduate Studies
  • Office of Global Engagements and Partnerships

Microsoft Dynamics has extensive capability that will carry the university into the future. The CRM is transforming connections with future students and supporting us to maintain those relationships. Integrated services and optimised business processes will allow staff to provide a better student experience.

As an enterprise system, Microsoft Dynamics will be our core Customer Relationship Management System. It will help realise objectives within the University Strategy.

Once implemented, our future students will receive a more personalised service. Staff serving these students will have greater access to current and reliable information. We’ll achieve this by implementing new or updated functionality in the following areas;

  • Campaign management
  • Enquiry management
  • Contact and lead management
  • Capturing application data
  • Organisational accounts
  • Appointments and events
  • Partnerships
