The 2019 new Technology Initiatives round was finalised in October, with the approval and funding of twelve new projects. Chaired by the Chief Financial Officer, the Technology Governance Committee reviewed thirteen submissions of which twelve were approved.
Initiatives were considered against a number of factors, including their alignment to strategy, contribution to compliance and return on investment. The table below details the priority and funding along with a brief description of each initiative. The Technology Initiatives dashboard which is regularly updated provides an indication of the estimated start date for these new projects. Three of the new projects have already commenced.
