Project Status
There are 5 weeks remaining before we are due to deliver Stage 3 of the CRM Project. This month we are in the full swing of development and KPMG has started to deliver new functionality.
User Acceptance Testing
Over the next few weeks, we will enter a critical phase of testing the functionality that KPMG is delivering end-to-end. This will be the first time our CRM Champions will have the opportunity to get hands on and really explore the system in detail.
Their feedback will be critical to ensuring the project has delivered the right functionality and this will be the opportunity to make any changes or adjustments and fix any issues that arise prior to Go-Live.
Training Update
To deliver this new system we’ve confirmed our training schedule with leaders and managers of impacted areas.
- The training delivered will cover all the functionality that teams will need to use.
- We will offer activity booklets to support staff with self-guided learning.
- Training sessions will be conducted in a sandbox environment, giving staff the opportunity to practice using the system.
Go-Live
We go-live on the 2nd of August. To help this go smoothly the Project Team will work with our CRM Champions, Leaders and Managers through a hyper support room. This will be a way for teams to quickly raise issues that can be triaged and responded to quickly by the Project Team.
Celebrating Success
In addition to delivering this new functionality for Stage 3, we continue to celebrate the success of Stage 2 with a submission for the 2021 CAUDIT Awards in the Operational Excellence category. https://www.caudit.edu.au/operational-excellence-submissions-2021
Vision for the Future
The CRM Project will conclude with the end of Stage 3 and continue to be developed as a core platform of the Polaris Program. If you’re interested in learning more about the Polaris Program you can do so through its webpage.
