The Polaris Program is now well underway, and the program website is now live. You can visit the website at: staff.csu.edu.au/polaris

The Polaris Program commenced in march and is a great opportunity to establish 5 core IT platforms to underpin our strategic vision and to set Charles Sturt University up for further success.

Projects already underway to implement two of the 5 core IT Platforms:

  • The Client Relationship Management (CRM) Project is currently in Stage 3 (Future Students). The team are preparing for training rollout and will be going live in August 2021.
  • The Curriculum, Design, Accreditation and Publication (CDAP) Project is also progressing well. There has been a lot of ongoing engagement with stakeholders across the university.

You can find links to both the CRM and CDAP web pages on the Polaris Program website.

We are currently in the process of selecting our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and will subsequently select our Learning Management and Marketing/Communications Management platforms. By implementing the Program, our people and students will be provided with improved systems and processes and enable us to work more effectively across the university.

Information about the platforms, time frame of the project, and the leadership team can be found on the new Polaris website.

As the Polaris Program continues, updates will be available on the website.
