The current HR and Finance systems have been in place for over 20 years and are not meeting business requirements in areas such as presentation, mobility, usability, workflow, efficiency, self-service and analytics.
In order to support the overall objective to replace the existing HR and Finance systems, CSU has initiated a project to select an Enterprise Platform. We have engaged 460degrees – an external vendor well experienced in requirements gathering and tender preparation – to assist with this process.
Over the next six months the HR and Finance divisions will work with 460degrees to undertake the following activities:
- Market scans for potential enterprise solutions
- Requirements gathering and clarification for HR & Finance
- Tender pack development
- Tender evaluation pack development
It is expected that CSU will be ready to release the tender in approximately June 2019, with a goal to have a solution selected by the end of August.
The first kick off meeting with the 460degrees team is scheduled for 10th December 2018.
