The DIT Business Analysis and Process team recently participated in weekly self-facilitated Values in Action workshops, which form part of a broader project driven by the Culture and Capability team in the Division of Human Resources. The aim is to assist managers and teams define behaviours that support our values-based culture.
The BA team is one of the first teams to pilot this new program.
The outcome of the workshops is our new team charter, which is aligned with the CSU capability framework and Values in Action guide.
